To use the program, seesteps 3 to 6 on page 16.HOW TO USE THE STEREO SOUND SYSTEMTo play music or audiobooks through the con-sole’s stereo sound systemwhile you exercise, firstlocate the stereo audiocable in the center of theconsole above the speak-ers. Plug the cable into a jack on your MP3 player orCD player; make sure that the audio cable is fullyplugged in.Next, press the play button on your MP3 player or CDplayer.
