Use the High Pressureoption kit (refer toParts section) for pressures between 117–207 bar(11,721–20,685 kPa; 1700 and 3000 psi).Part Description Note901 262 Quick-exhaust, air release valve A973 000 Pipe nipple, 1/8 NPT x 11/2 long B971 154 Tube fitting, straight, 1/8 NPT x 1/4 OD tube C901 028 Air release valve DNOTE A: This quick-exhaust valve is designed to reduce the cycle time of the A7A gun during the speed-exhaustportion of the cycle.B: This nipple replaces the air inlet elbow and connects the quick exhaust valve to the gun body.C: This fitting connects the air inlet hose to the quick-exhaust valve.D: The air release valve option may be used in a variety of applications: Reduces the cycle time of the A7A gun, if the speed of operation is less than 600 cycles per minute(CPM). May be used when it is impractical to locate the electro-pneumatic solenoid on the A7A gun. Withthis option, 100-ft air line lengths are practical. Reduces wear on the needle and seat, if the gun needs to be operated at high speeds. Allows several guns to operate off the same solenoid. Provides precise gun actuation from a remote time-control panel, which eliminates poor gun/timerresolution and saves paint.8. Specifications9. Options
