Make sure the cable, feed hose, and air tubing are correctly connectedto the spray gun, powder pump, and control unit.2. Turn the control unit main power switch to the on position.3. Adjust the control unit air pressure regulators:NOTE: The pressures given are average starting points. Pressures willvary according to required film build, line speed, and part configuration.Adjust the pressures to obtain the desired results.Air Pressure Typical Setting DescriptionFlow rate 1.4 bar (20 psi) Controls the volume of thepowder delivered to the spraygun.Atomizing 2.1 bar (30 psi) Controls the velocity anddensity (powder-to-air ratio)of the powder.
