Local tools41Local toolsYour IP Phone 1110 has both local and server-based telephone tools andfeatures. This section discusses the various tools and features availablelocally on your IP Phone 1110. Many of the tools and features discussedin this section are for administrator use only. Do not make any changesunless instructed by an administrator.Local tools and features are accessed through the Local tools menu.Press the Services key twice to access this menu. Your systemadministrator can establish a password for the Local tools menu. Whenthe password is enabled, a password prompt appears when you attemptto access this menu. Use the dial pad to type the correct password, andthen press the Enter key. The Local tools menu appears. If the menudoes not appear, contact your system administrator.The Local tools menu has the following menu options:• “1. Using the Preferences submenu” on page 42• “2. Using the Local Diagnostics submenu” on page 45• “3. Using the Network Configuration submenu” on page 47• “4. Using the Lock Menu” on page 47Local tools menu options are preceded by numbers. Pressing theassociated number key on the dialpad triggers the corresponding featureor tool.
