Call Inbox111Managing missed callsWhen you do not answer incoming calls, the number of new calls youhave appears on the IP Phone 1120E LCD screen. For example, if youmiss three calls the following message appears: “3 new calls”. To viewthe new (missed) calls, press the View Context-sensitive soft key, selectInbox from the menu, and press the Missed Context-sensitive soft key.Note: When you view a missed call in your Call Inbox, the new callmessage no longer appears on the LCD screen. The new calls arestored as missed calls.To view missed calls:1. Press the Up/Down navigation key tohighlight a call from the list of missedcalls.View 2. Do one of the following:To view the details of the missed call,press the View Context-sensitive softkey.Note: You manage the missed call thesame as any call that is in your CallInbox.
