To access the BBI, aminimum initial setup configuration is required on the VPN Gateway.NOTE – Make sure that the host IP address, management IP address (MIP) and Portal IP address that youentered during the Initial Setup are compatible with the IP address planned.2.5.1 Connecting to the VPN GatewayTo establish a console connection with a VPN Gateway, the following is required:• An ASCII terminal or a computer running ASCII terminal emulation software set to the parameters shownin the table below:Figure 6: Console Configuration Parameters• A DB-9 male to female serial cable is required.
