Completelycharged batteries provide the handset with approximately 8 hours of talktime and 100 hours of standby time.WARNINGUse only the batteries that Nortel provides orauthorises.Charge the batteries only with the supplied charger.Do not replace the batteries in potentially explosiveenvironments, such as rooms where flammable liquidsor gasses are present.Do not dispose of batteries in a fire. Recycle or disposeof batteries in accordance with local regulations.WARNINGYou must charge your handset before you reset thehandset time and date. Every time you remove thebattery pack or switch the handset off it loses the timeand date information; you must manually reset it afteryou reinstall the battery pack or switch the handset offand on. Your handset displays the battery statusaccurately after charging for at least 6 hours.If your system can provide the date and time informationto DECT handsets, the date and time settings updateautomatically when you switch on the handset. Contactyour system administrator to determine if you can usethis feature.Attention: You require a mains connection to operate the charger.
