Thissoftware can be used to run traces on problem calls so the information can beshared with equipment and network engineers. This free software can beobtained at http://www.wireshark.org/.The customer may also use TCPDUMP which can be found on most UNIX andLinux systems. The customer should have Wireshark or TCPDUMP loaded on aserver that is connected to a LAN switch or hub that can monitor both thesignaling and media packets on any calls between the customer PBX and the IPFlexible Reach managed router.1.2 Customer QuestionsSection 4 of this guide provides screen shots and instructions for theconfiguration of your IP PBX.
