Replacehose if any of the following is evident:hose coupling is damaged, wire mesh is exposed or damaged,hose is permanently kinked or flattened, outer hose cover isblistered or loose.Bolts Each Use Tighten any loose bolts.Engine Oil See enginemanualSee engine manual for oil change intervals, see Maintenancesection of this manual for oil change instructions.Pump Oil Never The pump’s crankcase is sealed; oil changes are not required.Cleaning/Replacing the Nozzle Orifice1.) Place pressure washer inmaintenance mode. (see above)2.) Insert a 2mm hex wrench into orificeand turn counter-clockwise to removeorifice from nozzle.- To clean orifice, remove any debrisand soak in descaling solution toremove hard water deposits.- To replace orifice, order p/nPD38780 from NorthStar CustomerService, 1-800-270-08103.) Use 2mm hex wrench and turnclockwise to reinstall orifice.2mm hexwrench
