Maintenance & Repair453) Unthread the removable outlet fitting with the swivel still attachedfrom the flow switch assembly4) Remove the shuttle5) Clean the inside of the brass flow switch body and the shuttle withwater and a soft brush6) Insert the shuttle into the brass flow switch in the orientation shownNote: Aligning the male tabs on the shuttle to the female guides insidethe brass flow switch body can be difficult since the shuttle ismagnetic.7) Thread the removable outlet fitting with the swivel still attached intothe flow switch assembly8) Thread the brass flow switch body onto the incoming water flowsource (hose or tee) depending on the model9) Reconnect the swivel fitting to the inlet of the coilInspect electrodes Inspect electrodes yearly and make adjustments as needed.1) Remove the 3 nuts that attach the burner to the heating chamber.
