Storage30Prepare the sprayer for end-of-season storage by running RV antifreeze through the system. This willkeep internal parts lubricated, protect against corrosion, and keep the unit from freezing.CAUTIONThe sprayer will be damaged if it freezes.Protect the sprayer from freezing during storage by following the instructionsbelow.Preparing for storage:1. Add antifreeze Pour 1 gallon of RV antifreeze into the tank.Note: RV antifreeze is non-toxic and biodegradable and generally safer forthe environment than automotive antifreeze.2. Spray briefly Turn on the pump motor and squeeze the gun trigger briefly until fluidsprays.Removing from storage:1. Drain Drain the antifreeze left in the tank through the tank drain hole into asuitable container.2. Flush withwaterFill the tank with fresh water and run through the system. Operate thespray gun until the system is completely flushed. Be sure to set upcontainers to capture the antifreeze flush water.3. Disposal Dispose of the antifreeze and flush water properly.
