Answering the telephoneDepending on the setting in Administration Programming and theexternal information available, either the caller’s name ortelephone number is displayed. When you transfer an externalcall to another user, this information is displayed on therecipient’s telephone.There will be a delay between the time your telephone first ringsand when Call Display information is available. If you answer acall before the Call Display information arrives, that information isnot available for the call.
