Disposable bag filled.1b. Obstruction in the hose. A blockagein the hose can be determined byinserting the hose into any Wall Inletand, while Power Unit is running, check each additional inlet fornormal suction by holding the palmof your hand over the open inlet. Ifnormal suction is felt at all otherinlets, insert the hose into a secondinlet. If the blockage still exists it islocated in the hose. However, if theblockage does not occur when thehose is changed, the blockage isprobably located in the tubingsystem leading to the original inlet.1c. Obstruction in the tubing systeminside the walls.1d. Wall Inlet cover not properly sealed.2a. Defective inlet.Check other Wall Inlets.2b. Thermoprotector has been activated.2c. Blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker.3a. An electrical short has occurredsomewhere in the system.Possible Remedy1a. Remove disposable bag and installreplacement.Note: Check secondary filter for possible dirt anddust accumulation and wash to clean if necessary.1b. Disconnect the hose from the wall Inlet andinsert a blunt instrument into the hose – slightlysmaller in diameter – such as a flexible gardenhose. Push the garden hose through thecleaning system hose until the obstruction hasbeen cleared.2b. Check the overload protector button located onthe front of the Power Unit.(Push to reset system.1c. Insert hose end into any inlet with Power Unitrunning, place the palm of your hand over theopposite end of the hose. When you can feel thesuction increase, hold your hand over the hoseend for a few seconds and then quickly removeyour hand. This procedure repeated several timeshould clear the obstruction. If the blockage isnot cleared, service will be necessary.3a. A complete check of all Wall Inlet and PowerUnit low voltage control lead connections(external yellow leads). Turn system off byremoving fuse or tripping circuit breaker athouse fuse box.1d. Check all Wall Inlet covers to be sure they areclosed and sealed tightly.2a. Replace defective Wall Inlet.2c. Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker.
