Under no circumstances, whether based on this LimitedWarranty or otherwise, Manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental,special, or consequential damage.Other StatementsManufacturer’s employees or representatives’ ORAL OR OTHERWRITTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES,shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and is not a part of the contract forsale or this Limited Warranty.Terms and ConditionsDirect Jaton Customer: This warranty applies only for a period oftwo (2) years from purchase date of Jatonoriginal invoice.Reseller/ Vendor: This warranty applies only for a period oftwo (2) years from manufacturing date.Registered User: This warranty applies only for a period oftwo (2) years from purchase date andMUST register within 60 days of purchasedate from legal reseller. If Failure toregister within 60 days from date ofpurchase then the warranty is one (1) yearfrom the purchase date.Others: If the products do not conform to thisLimited Warranty (as herein abovedescribed), Manufacturer should chargeservices such as repair, replacementwhether based on its costs. Shipping andinstallation of the replacement Products orreplacement parts shall be at User’sexpanse.
