The scale performs a display test, then displays zero.3.3.2 Turning OffWith the scale on, press and hold the ON/ZEROOff button until OFF is displayed.3.3.3 ZeroingRemove the load from the pan and press the ON/ZEROOff button to set the display to zero. The Center ofZero indicator turns on when the measurement is within ±1/4 d of the zero setting.3.3.4 TaringSemi-automatic Tare (Tare Button)To store or change the Tare value, place an empty container on the pan and press the TARE button. TheNet weight and NET indicator will be displayed.To clear the Tare value, remove the container from the pan and press the TARE button. The NET indicatorturns off and the gross weight will be displayed.
