Instruction Manual pH 5/6 & Ion 6195. ELECTRODE CARE AND MAINTENANCEFor best results, always keep the ISE capped dry and pH/ORP electrode bulbwet. Store the pH/ORP glass bulb with pH electrode storage solution. Other pHbuffers are also suitable. NEVER use deionised water for storage. Wash theprobes thoroughly with distilled water after each use. Because your ISE or pHelectrode is susceptible to contamination or dirt, clean it every 1 to 2 monthsdepending on extent and condition of use.Clean the pH/ORP electrode using a mild detergent. Wipe the probe with a softtissue paper. Avoid touching the glass membrane with your fingers. Washthoroughly in tap water and then in distilled water. Recalibrate the meter aftercleaning the electrode.6.
