These additionalconnections are connected directly to the Dry Contact Master Alarm Panel circuit board atposition “J1” through “J10” as shown in Figure 8B. Each of these pairs of contacts are clearlymarked on the circuit board and includes both positive (+) and negative (-) terminals. The drycontacts going to the other alarm devices or a building management system must be rated forat least 12 VDC .Figure 8A:Wiring from Source Equipment to amaster alarm position(On either master alarm modules)Figure 8B:Wiring from a master alarm Position to aBuilding management System(On Dry Contact Master Modules Only)Wiring from the source equipment to the second pair ofcontacts on the bottom row (MA2) on the master.Second pair ofcontacts onthe top row(J2) is wired toa buildingmanagementsystemCorrespondingswitch to the secondpair of contacts, S2,on the mastershowing “NormallyClosed Circuit Loop”Maintenance Switch, S11, inthe “ON” positionInput Connection fromAnnunciator or previous alarmmodule.Output Connection to the nextmaster alarm module.
