2-37Transport Block OperationUpon receiving the feed start signal from the controller, the HCF activates the T/A Motor at a highspeed after a preset time has passed. This rotating power of the T/A Motor is transmitted to theTake Away Roll, and the paper from the Feeder Block is transferred to the IOT.When the Feed Out Sensor (photo-sensor) is turned ON (light receiving) by the paper fed withthe Take Away Roll, the T/A motor speed decreases after a preset time has passed.When the Regi Sensor in the IOT is turned ON by the paper fed from the HCF, the T/A Motorstarts stopping by the trigger of the sensor ON.When the next feed start signal is received before the T/A Motor is turned OFF, however, the T/Amotor continues to rotate.Thus, paper is transferred from the Transport Block to the IOT.Feeder Block Sensor/Motor FunctionsFunctions of the sensors and motors of the Feeder Block are outlined below.FI6M011AT/A MotorPaperFeed Out SensorTake Away Roll
