10Limited WarrantyOki Data Americas, Inc. (Oki Data) warrants thisOPTION to be free from defect in material andworkmanship and will remedy any such defectaccording to the terms of this Limited Warranty.Oki Data will repair (or at its option, replace) at nocharge, any defective part(s) of the OPTION forone (1) year from the date of purchase. ThisLimited Warranty extends to the original purchaseronly.To make request or claim for service under thisLimited Warranty the original purchaser mustreturn the Oki Data product, shipping prepaid, inthe original shipping container or equivalent, to OkiData or an authorized Oki Data service center andassume the risk of loss or damage in transit. Awritten receipt for the product, showing the date ofpurchase, dealer’s name, and item purchased mustaccompany any request or claim for work to beperformed under this Limited Warranty.This Limited Warranty shall not apply if theproduct has been damaged due to abuse, misuse,misapplication, accident, or as a result of service or |
