OKI® Executive Series 2024/2024e and 3037/3037eWarranty, Certifications, etc.Limited WarrantyOki Data Americas, Inc. (Oki Data) warrants this printer to befree from defects in material and workmanship and will remedyany such defect according to the terms of this Limited Warranty.Oki Data will repair (or at its option, replace) at no charge, anydefective component(s) of the Printer for one (1) year from thedate of purchase except for the printhead (LED imaging array),which is warranted for a period of five (5) years from date ofpurchase. This Limited Warranty extends to the originalpurchaser only. This Limited Warranty does not extend toconsumable items.On-Site RepairNote: On-Site Repair is available in the United States andCanada only and does not include the replacementor repair of product consumables or supplies.Oki Data will, for a period of one (1) year from the date oforiginal purchase, repair or replace (at Oki Data's option)on-site at the original purchaser's facility and withoutcharge, any defective component(s) of the printer,provided that the warranty service is performed by an OkiData authorized service provider. The printheads (LEDimaging arrays) have a 5-year parts only warranty fromdate of original purchase. Following the first year ofwarranty coverage, the printheads will be replaced by anauthorized Oki Data service provider at Oki Data's thencurrent labor rates. Oki Data reserves the right to use newand/or refurbished parts in the warranty repair process.As a condition of this Limited Warranty, requests forOn-Site Repair must include the name and phone numberof a fully competent and responsible adult with theauthority to con-sent to the entry of the servicingtechnician to the premises where the printer is located, andwho will remain with the servicing technician while theservice work is performed. Any and all dangerousconditions must be removed from the site prior to andthroughout the time a service technician is present. Theservice technician may refrain from entering the premisesor continuing to provide services at any site, if in theservicing technician's reasonable judgement the site posesa risk of physical harm or danger. If warranty servicescannot be performed or completed due to any of theforegoing reasons the On-Site service option is null andvoid and the product must be returned to an authorized OkiData service location for warranty repair service.To make request or claim for service under this LimitedWarranty contact your local Oki Data authorized service centeror Oki Data at 1-800-OKI-DATA (1-800-654-3282).A written receipt for the product, showing the date of purchase,dealer's name, and both the model and serial numbers of thisprinter must accompany any request or claim for work to beperformed under this Limited Warranty.This Limited Warranty shall not apply if the product has beendamaged due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, accident, or as aresult of service or modification by any other than an authorizedOki Data service center.THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THANTHOSE ON THE FACE HEREOF AND DESCRIBEDABOVE. NO WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS ORIMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANYIMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY ORFITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALLEXTEND BEYOND THE RESPECTIVE WARRANTYPERIOD DESCRIBED ABOVE. Some states do not allowlimitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the abovelimitation may not apply to you.OKI DATA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLEFOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES OR LOSS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THISPRODUCT.
