10Precautions for handling the batteryWhile charging between 0˚C/32˚F and40˚C/104˚FIn storage between –20˚C/–4˚F and60˚C/140˚FCharging at temperatures other than those abovewill result in a reduction of the battery's life andefficiency. In order to avoid fluid leaks or rust,remove batteries from products and store them in aproper place when they are not used for a longperiod of time.Recommended temperature rangesDANGERDo not disassemble, alter, or solder this product.Do not connect the / terminals with metalobjects or carry/store batteries near metallicnecklaces or hairpins.Do not directly expose batteries to electricoutlets or connect them to vehicle cigarettelighters.Do not throw batteries into fire or expose themto heat.If battery fluid gets in your eyes, wash it out withclean water and contact a physicianimmediately.WARNINGIf batteries have not finished charging within thespecified time, stop charging.Do not allow batteries or their terminals to comein contact with water.Do not peel or scratch the surface of thisproduct.Do not use batteries if leakage, change of coloror shape, or other abnormalities occur.Store batteries away from children.If battery fluid gets on your skin or clothes, washit off with clean water.CAUTIONDo not use with any batteries other than thosespecified.Do not throw, drop, hit, or shake batteries.Do not use charged and uncharged batteriestogether.When batteries are used for the first time afterpurchase or have not been used for a longperiod of time, be sure to charge them.
