5ENShooting closeups (Macro shooting)This function enables the camera to focus and shootsubjects at close distances.1 Press the & button.2 Use mn to select the setting option, andpress the B button to set.Option DescriptionOFF Macro mode is deactivated.MACRO This enables shooting as close as 10 cm/3.9 in. *1 (60 cm/23.6 in. *2 ) to the subject.SUPERMACRO*3This enables shooting as close as3 cm/1.2 in. to the subject.*1 When the zoom is at the widest (W) position.*2 When the zoom is at the most telephoto (T) position.*3 The zoom is automatically fixed.Using the self-timerAfter the shutter button is pressed all the way down,the picture is taken after a short delay.1 Press the Y button.2 Use kl to select the desired settingoption, and press the B button to set.Option DescriptionOFF The self-timer is deactivated.ONThe self-timer lamp turns on for approx. 10seconds, then blinks for approx. 2 seconds,and then the picture is taken.Self-timer shooting is automatically canceled afterone shot.To cancel the self-timer after it startsPress the Y button again.PrintingPrinting images at the printer’sstandard settings [EASY PRINT]1 Display the image to be printed on themonitor.Printing can also be started when the camera isturned off. After performing Step 2, use kl toselect [EASY PRINT], press the B button.
