TAKING A PICTURE19En3 Take the picture.NotePress the shutter button gently. If it is pressed hard, the camera may moveand pictures may come out blurred.Never open the battery compartment/card cover, remove the battery ordisconnect the AC adapter while the lamp on the camera is blinking red. Doingso could destroy stored pictures and prevent storage of pictures you have justtaken.Recorded pictures are saved on the card regardless of whether the camerais turned off or the battery is replaced or removed.When taking pictures against strong backlight, the area of the picture inshadow may appear colored.Every time you press the shutter button, the memory gauge lights indicatingthat the picture you have just taken is being recorded onto the card. Thememory gauge changes according to how many pictures the camera isprocessing.
