Tap the Contrast icon in the upper-right corner of the Graffitiwriting area. If the Contrast dialog box appears, adjust the contrastby holding down the Up scroll button for a few seconds. If thisdoesn’t work, hold the Down scroll button for a few seconds.3. Make sure the battery is properly charged.4. Perform a soft reset. Use apaperclip to gently press the resetbutton on the back of yourhandheld.5. If your handheld still doesn’t turnon, perform a hard reset byholding down the power buttonwhile doing a soft reset.
