Installation manualBase frame (Foundation joists)The base frame of the house must be completely flat and level to ensure that the installation proceedswithout problems.ATTENTION: different house can have different foundation placements – see the appendedbase frame drawing (in Technical specifications)!Place the impregnated foundation joists on the prepared foundation in accordance with the drawing atequal intervals. Make sure that the joists are level and prior to screwing them together.ADVICE: It is recommended to place between the foundation joists and foundation a damp-proofcourse that will protect the house from moisture and decay.ADVICE: To ensure protection from wind and storm, it is recommended to attach the foundation joiststo the foundation (for this, you can use for instance metal angles, anchors, etc.). The correspondingmaterials are not included in the supplied kit!Installation of foundation joists:FloorInstall the floor right after foundationbearers have been placed intoposition and screwed together.Cover the floor for the assemblingtime thus avoiding unnecessarysmudging on the floor.Start assembling the floor as shownon the drawing moving in bothdirections. If necessary, cut the lastboards of the sides to suitablewidth.When placing floor boards, pleasenote that the boundary line of floorboards must be all around the floor27 mm inside from external edge offoundation bearers. It will guaranteethat the first layer of wall logs will fiton the base frame.
