In such situations,the vehicle mark not reflect the actual position ofthe vehicle.Route searchingThe following situations do not indicatea malfunction:l Some roads may be impassable, such asroads closed in winter or temporarily closedfor pedestrians.l When searching for a route through narrowstreets, the route may include impassablefootpaths or stairs.l Some roads may be impassable, due to theopening of a new road.l Roads may be displayed which are notactually passable.l The route may not change even when thesearch is repeated.l The route may be congested.l If there is no road or only very narrow roadsto the destination, the route may only bedisplayed to a point some distance from thedestination.l Guidance may lead to an ordinary roadunder an elevated road. The reverse can alsohappen.l A route may be displayed which makes aU-turn.Route guidanceThe following situations do not indicatea malfunction:l Guidance may not be displayed even thougha turn is required at an intersection. Guidanceof the name of the intersection may not beprovided.l Guidance for left or right turns may not matchthe actual shape of the road.l Voice guidance may be provided when thevehicle deviated from the guidance route,for example, turning before the guidedintersection.l It may not be possible to display/provideaudio direction guidance on some highwaysand toll roads.l The Enlarged intersection map may not matchthe actual road shape.l The guidance distances may be slightlyinaccurate.27
