(If used with the optionalpower amplifier, the speaker input should be higher than the maximum amplifieroutput.)• The speaker impedance should be 4 - 8 Ω.• This unit uses the BTCL circuit, so each speaker should be connected separatelyusing parallel vinyl insulated cords.• The speaker cords and the power amplifier unit should be kept away (about 30 cmapart) from the antenna and antenna extension cord.• Never connect the speaker cord tothe body of the car.• Do not use a 3-wire type speakersystem having a common earthlead.• Do not connect more than onespeaker to one set of speakerleads.FuseUse fuses of the same specified rating (15 A).
