For more information, see yoursystem administrator or dealer.MAKING CONFERENCE CALLSYou can use your phone to create conference calls that include up to eight parties.The conference call can have any combination of extensions and outside lines, butmust include at least one extension.Note: The maximum number of parties in a conference call is determined bysystem configuration. For more information, see your system administrator or dealer.1. While on a call, press the HOLD key or the outside line key you are using.2. If adding an outside party, press a vacant CO key or dial a trunk access code.3. Dial the number of the party you want to add to the call.4. Press the CONF key when your call is answered.
