45Setting upOptional AccessoriesCompletion Notice■ Setting up the Completion NoticeEx: Copy Job The Job Status Utility software is automatically installed when installingeither the Printer with Job Status Utility or Fax Driver.The Job Status Utility software will display the pop-up Completion Noticeon your PC screen when finishing the Print, PC Fax, Copy and Fax jobs.The information displayed in the Completion Notice vary according to thetype of job being performed.1 Install either the Printer Driver withJob Status Utility, or Fax Driverlocated on the Panasonic DocumentManagement System CD-ROM.(See pages 7-35)2 Confirm that the Job Status Utilityicon is shown on the task bar.3 For PC Fax and PC Print onlySetup the Completion Notice asdescribed in the column on the right.For Copy, Fax and Internet Fax onlyRefer to "Setting up the ScannerConfiguration using the CommunicationsUtility".
