Load the version-up disc that is supplied to the player and run it.2. Firmware version of the player is automatically checked. Appropriatemessage appears whenever necessary.3. Using remote controller’s " ENTER" button or player's "OPEN/CLOSE"button, select whether version updating is to be done or not accordingto the message appearing on the screen.4. a. If " ENTER" is pushed, version updating is performed.b. If " OPEN/CLOSE" is pushed, version updating is cancelled.5. a. When updating is finished, the player will restart. Remove the discafter the tray has opened automatically.b. Remove the disc.6. a. Write the present value into the player as the initial setting of laserdrive current.
