(collectivelyreferred to as “the warrantor”) will, for the length of the periodindicated on the chart below, which starts with the date oforiginal purchase (“Limited Warranty period”), at its optioneither (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, or(b) replace it with a new or a refurbished product. Thedecision to repair or replace will be made by the warrantor.During the “Labor” Limited Warranty period there will beno charge for labor. During the “Parts” warranty period,there will be no charge for parts. You must mail-in yourproduct during the warranty period. If non-rechargeablebatteries are included, they are not warranted. ThisLimited Warranty only applies to products purchased andserviced in the United States or Puerto Rico. ThisLimited Warranty is extended only to the originalpurchaser and only covers product purchased as new.
