Call Bar is controlled by a security password that is supplied by theService Provider. When updating or checking the status of Call Bar thephone must be registered with a network. Different Call Bar restrictionscan be used for voice, fax and data calls. Any combination of call restrictionscan be set.1 From Idle F Q, select Phone Option> Security > Call Bar F Q twice2 Use e, select Bar Voice, Bar Fax or BarData F Q twice3 Use e to select the level of call barring thatneeds to be applied and F Q4 Enter Call Bar password and F QBarred DiallingThe Barred Dial function enables the user to bar all phone numberspre-programmed in the SIM from being dialled on the phone.
