For KX-UT Series SIP Phones• Using a DHCP server (DHCP Server feature or an external DHCP server) to automate the assignmentof IP addressing informationThe DHCP server automatically assigns the IP address of the SIP phone, the subnet mask address, andthe default gateway address to the SIP phone.The PBX’s IP address can also be assigned automatically to the SIP phone in the process of beingregistered to the PBX.
