These buttons make operations simple.TALK Button: Used to make, receiveor end calls.INTERCOM Button: Used to makeor receive intercom calls.C CANCEL Button: Used to end calls,or exit the directory or Functionmode.HOLD Button: Used to place a callon hold.FUNCTION Button: Used to enterinto the Function mode or accessfeatures by pressing additional keys.F1-F3 Flexible CO Buttons (F1 through F3):Used to make or receive an outsidecall. A Loop-CO button is alreadyassigned to F1 button. Pressing thisbutton seizes an idle lineautomatically.F2 and F3 button can be used asthe desired function buttons. (Buttonassignment is required.)If the term is in parentheses like(Save), it means this button hasbeen made into an “Save” button.BOOK Button: Used to enter into thedirectory mode or select a menu inthe Function mode.FLASH Button: Used to disconnecta current call and make another call.Power Switch: Used to switch thepower ON ( ) or OFF ( ).CLRCLEAR / TRANSFER Button: Usedto clear incorrect digits whileentering numbers or transfer a callto another extension.Volume Control Button: Used toselect the ringer volume (sevenlevels, off and vibration mode) duringon-hook or ringing status, or receivervolume (three levels) during aconversation.
