Line access number [9] (PBX)[9] [REDIAL/PAUSE] or [PAUSE/REDIAL]• Pressing [REDIAL/PAUSE] or [PAUSE/REDIAL] once creates a 3.5 secondpause. This prevents misdialing when you redial or dial a stored number.• Pressing [REDIAL/PAUSE] or [PAUSE/REDIAL] more than once increases thelength of the pause between numbers.Incoming Call ToneDuring an intercom call or while using the Room Monitor feature, you can beinformed by two tones if a call arrives.If you set incoming call tone to ON, this incoming call tone will be heard for as longas the line rings. To bypass the incoming call tone, set it to OFF. To set the incomingcall tone to sound twice, set to “2”. The factory preset is “2”.You can set the incoming call tone on the base unit or the cordless handsetseparately.• You can also set the incoming call tone for the base unit, by using the cordlesshandset.
