Multi-unit Operation25flashing. If keytones are turned on(page 18), a confirmation tone will beheard.Cancelling a handsetA maximum of 6 handsets can be registeredto the base unit. A handset can cancel itsown registration (or the registration ofanother handset) that is stored in the baseunit. This will allow the base unit to “forget”the handset.1 {j/OK} i “Base Unit Setup” i{>}2 Enter “335”.3 “Cancel Handset” i {>}L The numbers of all handsetsregistered to the base unit aredisplayed.4 Select the handset(s) you want tocancel, by pressing the desired handsetnumber.L The selected handset number(s) willflash.L To cancel a selected handset number,press the number again. The numberwill stop flashing.5 {j/OK} i “Yes” i {>}L A long beep will sound as eachhandset number disappears.L The handset does not beep whencancelling its own registration.6 {ih}Increasing the range of the baseunitYou can increase the signal range of thebase unit by using a DECT repeater. Pleaseuse only the Panasonic DECT repeaternoted on page 4.
