There are 2 connection methods, called “services”: PAN and DUN.– PAN: Personal Area Network. This service allows you to access the Internet or anothercomputer using your base unit’s LAN jack. To use this feature you must establish LANnetwork and subscribe a high-speed Internet service. Up to 3 wireless connections canbe established with a base unit simultaneously.– DUN: Dial Up Network. This service allows you to access the Internet using one of yourbase unit’s analog telephone line jacks. To use this feature you must subscribe a dial upInternet service.
