To prevent thesurface from being dirty, the special coating isgiven to it. Chips are recognized reflecting theLED light in the recognition of chips. This partwith dirt causes false recognition.Nozzle tip (Nozzle)This is the part to directly contact with and pickup chips. The sides with dust can be theshadow in recognition and cause the falserecognition. The dirt in the pickup hole causesfalse pickup.Pickup padThe nozzle with the pickup pad which ismatched to the chip shape can be used formore stable pickup. Damage on this pickuppad causes the air leakage and false pickup.Nozzle taper faceThis is the part to be chucked by the nozzleholder of the transfer head.
