- 11 - Service ManualScreen Frame Removal1. Remove the Speaker Grille. Disconnect the cablesleading to the Keyboard and the AV Panels andremove the Keyboard and AV panel assembly. Theassembly is secured by three (3) screws.2. At this point the front cover is held only by fourscrews, be careful not to push the cabinet forward.3. Remove screws and tilt the assembly forward whilelifting it out of place.Screen Assembly (Fig. 10)1. Remove the screen frame. See Screen FrameRemoval procedure above.2. Place screen frame face down on a soft surface.3. Remove all screen brackets and corner bracketsNote: The brackets are painted black (permanentmarker) on the edge to prevent reflection onimage.Figure 10. Screen Assembly4. Detailed screenassembly can be seen in Fig.10.Main Chassis Block (Fig. 11)1. Remove the Speaker Grille. See Fig. 7.2. Remove the cabinet back lower cover. See Fig. 8.3. The main chassis block is secured to the cabinetby screws at front, behind the Speaker Grill andinside on the bottom of the optical frame).4. Remove the horizontal barrier panel at the back ofthe cabinet.5. Unplug connectors (K1, G1 and speakerconnectors) and pull out the main chassis block.Figure 11.
