10 TQBJ2141TroubleshootingGeneralSound is distorted or no sound.• Adjust the volume.• Check and adjust the antenna.• Move the unit to another location and do a full scanagain.• An AC mains lead or fluorescent light is near the cables.Keep other appliances and cords away from the cablesof this unit.• The batteries are weak. Replace them with new ones.Reception is poor or beat sound is heard.• Keep the antenna away from computers, TVs, othercables and cords. Move mobile telephones away fromthe unit if the interference is apparent.Bluetooth®Pairing cannot be done.• Check the Bluetooth® device condition.• The device is out of the 10 m communication range.Move the device nearer to the system.The device cannot be connected.• The pairing of the device was unsuccessful. Do pairingagain.• The pairing of the device has been replaced. Do pairingagain.• This unit might be connected to a different device.Disconnect the other device and try connecting thedevice again.The device is connected but audio cannot be heardthrough the system.• For some built-in Bluetooth® devices, you have to setthe audio output to “RF-D100BT” manually. Disconnectthe USB device, switch off the unit and then switch onagain.MaintenanceDisconnect the AC adaptor before maintenance.Clean this system with a soft, dry cloth.• Never use alcohol, paint thinner or benzine to clean thissystem.• Before using chemically treated cloth, read theinstructions that came with the cloth carefully.
