Press the stop button on the compact disc player to cancelthe edit mode.• If the time remaining on the tape is shorter than the tracks to berecorded, you cannot record the tracks. Replace the disc with thetracks shorter than the time remaining on the tape or press thestop button on the compact disc player to cancel the edit mode.■ To specify the tracks to be editedWhen you want to specify the tracks to be recorded on the blank,program tracks using the program play procedure. (See page 33.)After completing the step 1 left:1. Press PROGRAM on the remote control, and then specify thetracks to be recorded in the desired sequence.2. Press the CD play button.The compact disc player automatically scans for the peak(highest) level of the entire disc (ATLS; see page 47), and thenrecording will start with the same editing mode of the first disc.52
