If you like to set theBacklight to a fixed value set as Custom and adjustthe Backlight (located under the Energy Savingsetting) manually using Left or Right buttons on theremote. Set as Off to turn this setting off.Note: Available Energy Saving options may differ dependingon the selected Mode in the Picture menu.The Energy Saving settings can be found in thePicture menu. Note that some picture settings willbe unavailable to be changed.If pressed Right button while Auto option is selected orLeft button while Custom option is selected, “Screenwill be off in 15 seconds.” message will be displayedon the screen. Select Proceed and press OK to turnthe screen off immediately. If you don’t press anybutton, the screen will be off in 15 seconds. Press anybutton on the remote or on the TV to turn the screen onagain. The brightness level is increased up to a verylow level so the menu can be seen now. Press Leftor Right button to change the Energy Saving option.Note: Screen Off option is not available if the Mode is setto Game.When the TV is not in use, please switch off ordisconnect the TV from the mains plug. This will alsoreduce energy consumption.
