If the problem still persists, contact your localPanasonic dealer or the authorised service centre.Block noise, frozen or disappearing image occursin DVB mode / White spots or shadow image(ghosting) occurs in Analogue mode / Somechannels cannot be tunedCheck the position, direction and connection of theaerial.Check [Signal Condition] (p. 20). If [Signal Quality]is displayed in red, the DVB signal is weak.Connecting the aerial to the TV directly mayimprove signal quality than connecting the aerialthrough the equipment (set top box, DVD, etc.).Weather conditions will affect signal reception(heavy rain, snow, etc.), in particular in poorreception areas. Even during good weather, thehigh pressure can cause poor reception of somechannels.Due to the digital reception technologies involved,quality of the digital signals may be relatively low insome cases, despite good reception of analoguechannels.Consult your local dealer or service provider for theavailability of services.Picture quality problemCheck the settings of the Picture Menu.Set [Noise Reduction] and [MPEG NoiseReduction] to remove noise (p. 16, 17).Check nearby electrical products (car, motorcycle,fluorescent lamp).Reset channels.Check that the output of the external equipmentmatches the input of the TV. The liquid crystal panel is builtwith very high precision technology giving youfine picture details. Occasionally, a few non-activepixels may appear on the screen as a fixed point ofred, green, blue or black. Please note this does notaffect the performance of your LCD.Parts of the TV become hotEven if the temperature of parts of the front, top andrear panels has risen, these temperature rises donot cause any problems in terms of performanceor quality.The LCD panel moves slightly and clatteredsound is heard when it is pushed with a fingerThere is some flexibility around the panel to preventdamage to the panel. This is not a malfunction.Overcurrent error message appearsThe connected USB device might cause this error.Remove the device and turn the TV to standbymode with Standby On / Off switch, then turn it onagain.Check foreign objects are not inside the USB port.
