If they do not solve the problem,please contact the place of purchase.The Electronic Pen does not work.► Has the Electronic Pen been registered to the TV?► Is the TV in the Electronic Pen mode?Cannot register a Electronic Pen to TV.► Does the TV support on this Electronic Pen? ( page 2)► The registration automatically finishes approx. 2 minuteafter registration operation.Move the Electronic Pen close within 50 cm from the TV, and thenregister it again.
