9214. Servicing Guide14.1 How to Take Out Front PlatePlease follow the steps below for take out front plate. Before removing the front plate of indoor unit, always switch offall power supply (i.e. indoor unit power supply, heater power supply and tank unit power supply).1 Remove the 2 mounting screws which located at bottom of the front plate and 1 mounting screw at the frontof the plate.2 Gently pull the lower section of the front plate towards you to remove the front plate from left and right hooks.3 Hold the left edge and right edge of front plate to lift up front plate from hooks.When reinstalling thefront plate, first set the2 hooks, which locatedat the top of front plate,into the slots at cabinet.Then carry out abovesteps in the reverseorder. HookLift upScrews Fix the left and right hooks to cabinetslot properly when reinstall front plate.14.2 How to Take Out Side CabinetPlease follow the steps below to remove the sidecabinet. Before removing the front plate of indoor unitalways switch off all power supply (i.e. indoor powersupply, heater power supply and tank unit powersupply).1 Perform the steps in HOW TO TAKE OUTFRONT PLATE.2 Remove all the 13 mounting screws on the left,right and top of the side cabinet.3 Gently remove the side cabinet by holding bothof the handles.14.3 Test Run1 Fill up the boiler tank with water. For details refer to boiler tanks installation instruction and operationinstruction.2 Set ON to the indoor unit and RCCB/ELCB. Then, for control panel’s operation please refers to air-to-waterheatpump’s operation instruction.3 For normal operation, pressure gauge reading should be in between 0.05 MPa and 0.3 MPa.If necessary, adjust the water pump speed accordingly to obtain normal water pressure operating range. Ifadjust water pump speed cannot solve the problem, contact your local authorized dealer.4 After test run, please clean the external filter. Reinstall it after finish cleaning.14.4 Proper Pump Down Procedure [SERVICE MODE: 01]WARNINGStrictly follow the steps below for proper pump down procedure. Explosion may occur if the steps are not followed as persequence.1 When the heatpump unit is not in operation (standby), press the “SERVICE” switch on control panel to enter SERVICEmode. Operate the system in Sr : 01 mode for pump down operation.2 After 10 ~ 15 minutes, (after 1 or 2 minutes in case very low ambient temperatures (< 10°C)), fully close 2 way valve.3 After 3 minutes, fully close 3 way valve.4 Press the “OFF/ON” switch on control panel to stop pump down operation.5 Remove the refrigerant piping.
