Preparations• When planning to use a junction box, pro-cure one locally that meets the dimensionsin the figure.• When directly mounting on the wall/ceiling,prepare a space which is ø135 mm {ø5-5/16"} or larger.3. Cable route• When using a junction box, cables will gobehind the junction box via the cableaccess hole on the camera panel.• When directly mounting on the wall/ceiling,you need to cut out the panel cover tomake a sideway exit for cables. Locally procure four camera-mountingscrews suitable for the installation surfaceand structure of the wall/ceiling or junctionbox. The camera features a high picture quali-ty thanks to the use of digital signal processingLSIs, and easy mounting on the ceiling or wall.1. This product should be installed and con-nected by qualified service personnel orsystem installers in conformity with NEC.2. Use a class 2 power source supplying 12 VDC or 24 V AC.3. To prevent fire or electric shock hazard,use a UL listed cable (VW-1, style 1007) toconnect the power supply to the camera.4. Be sure to use a ceiling board/wall havingenough strength to support this camera.5. Do not attempt to disassemble thecamera.To prevent electric shock, do not removescrews or covers.There are no user-serviceable parts inside.Ask qualified service personnel for servic-ing.6. Handle the camera with care.Do not abuse the camera. Avoid striking,shaking, etc. The camera could be dam-aged by improper handling or storage.7. Do not expose the camera to rain ormoisture, or try to operate it in wetareas.This product is designed for indoor use orlocations where it is protected from rainand moisture.Turn the power off immediately and ask aqualified service personnel for servicing.Moisture can damage the camera and alsocreate the danger of electric shock.8. Do not use strong or abrasivedetergents when cleaning the camerabody.Use a dry cloth to clean the camera bodywhen it is dirty.In case the dirt is hard to remove, use amild detergent and wipe gently.Afterwards, wipe off the remained part ofthe detergent in it with a dry cloth.9. Clean the lens faceplate with care.Do not clean the lens with strong or abra-sive detergents.
