The information of this section is intended for qualified technical personnel assigned to theMAINTENANCE of the motor.7.1 – General InformationIn case a service or repair intervention on motors is required, it has to be performed by an authorized ParkerCalzoni s.r.l. service centre or directly by Parker Calzoni s.r.l.The motor repair includes all motors internal components inspection with respect to the original ParkerCalzoni original drawings and technical specifications.When sending a motor back to Parker Calzoni or to an authorized service centre, it is important to informabout: complete motor code serial number service working hours experienced failure type of application working conditions (cycle, pressure, speed, etc.) oil type and working temperature filtration degree7.2 - Malfunctions: Trouble-shootingThe scope of this section is to provide the necessary trouble-shooting information and identify the actions toundertake in order to solve the problem.Malfunction Possible Cause Actions to be undertakenThe motor does notrun1. Mechanical transmission block.2. The motor does not generateenough torque because theoperating pressare is too low.3. The electric motor does not supplyenough power.4. Piloting pressure is too low (dual &variable displacement motors only).5. Piloting system failure (dual &variable displacement motors only).1. Check system pressure. In case thesystem pressare exceeds the reliefvalve pressare set, remove the loadfrom the transmission.2.
