Set the charger base on astable surface. A green light will come on to indicatethe power is on and the charger circuit is ready.If battery is completely discharged, the red light andthe green light may alternate back and forth for up to20 minutes. This safety feature slowly recharges thebattery until it is ready to accept the full chargingcurrent.
