Problem Cause SolutionThe machine is still in thedescaling procedure.You cannot remove the brew groupwhen the descaling procedure is inprogress. First complete thedescaling procedure and thenremove the brew group.The coffee is watery. The grinder is set to a toocoarse setting.Set the grinder to a finer (lower)setting.The coffee exit duct isclogged.Clean the coffee exit duct with thespoon handle. Then turn themachine off and on again.The machine is performingits self-adjustmentprocedure.Brew a few cups of coffee.The brew group is dirty orneeds to be lubricated.Clean and lubricate the brew group.The coffee is not hotenough.The cups you use are cold. Preheat the cups by rinsing themwith hot water.The temperature is set toolow. Check the menusettings.Set the temperature to 'high' in themenu.You added milk. Whether the milk you add is warm orcold, it always decreases thetemperature of the coffee to someextent.Coffee is leaking fromthe coffee dispensingspout.The coffee dispensing spoutis clogged.Clean the coffee dispensing spoutand its holes with a pipe cleaner.The coffee exit duct iscloggedClean the coffee exit duct with thehandle of the measuring spoon or aspoon handle. Then turn themachine off and on again.Coffee does not comeout or coffee comesout slowly.The AquaClean filter was notprepared properly forinstallation or it is clogged.Remove the AquaClean filter and tryto brew a coffee again. If this works,make sure the AquaClean filter isprepared properly before you placeit back. Place back the preparedfilter. If this still does not work, thefilter is clogged and needs to bereplaced.The grinder is set to a toofine setting.Set the grinder to a coarser (higher)setting.28 English
