12 EN3 ConnectThis section helps you connect yoursoundbar to a TV and other devices, andthen set it up.Note• ;ġľÿÞâĚŊÿžØ½ŊÿġĚ½ĚÞłŏĻĻēŮľ½ŊÿĚöł֤łââŊüâtype plate at the back or bottom of the product.• Before you make or change any connections,make sure that all devices are disconnectedfrom the power outlet.Dolby Atmos®Dolby Atmos gives you immersive listeningexperience by delivering sound in threedimensional space, and all the richness,clarity, and power of Dolby sound.For more information, please visitdolby.com/technologies/dolby-atmosFor use Dolby Atmos®Dolby Atmos® is available in HDMI mode.For the details of the connection, pleaserefer to “HDMI Connection”.1 To use Dolby Atmos® in HDMI in/HDMI eARC/ARC mode, your TV hasto support Dolby Atmos®.2 Make sure that “No Encoding” isselected for bitstream in the digitalaudio output of the connectedexternal device (e.g. Blu-ray DVDplayer, TV etc.).3 While entering Dolby Atmos / DolbyDigital / PCM format, the soundbarwill show DOLBY ATMOS / DOLBYAUDIO / PCM / DOLBY SURROUND.Note• The full Dolby Atmos experience is onlyavailable when the soundbar is connected tothe source via a HDMI 2.0 cable.• The soundbar will still function when connectedvia other methods (such as a Digital Opticalcable) but they are unable to support all of theDolby features.
